Behringer Saws Inc. offers the HBE320-523GA fully automatic miter band saw. According to the company, the saw streamlines complex cutting tasks and adapts to a wide variety of materials and profiles.

It features advanced NC automatic miter angle adjustment, enabling repeatable miter cuts at nearly any angle. The feed gripper, combined with a servo feed system and cutting pressure control, delivers cycle times up to twice as fast as conventional saws, the company states. Featuring automatic height adjustment and rapid traverse lowering, the system automatically adjusts feed rates to different materials.

A user-friendly PC interface helps simplify operation and supports seamless integration with material handling systems. Microspray lubrication and built-in coolant systems help keep the blade cool and clean, while carbide band guides and angled band wheels help reduce vibration and blade fatigue.
